Valuing Differences

At Agios, our Valuing Differences framework guides our approach to diversity, equity and inclusion. It also helps to drive our culture and our innovative spirit. But it’s more than just a program – it’s a way to foster a welcoming and diverse workplace where individuals from a variety of backgrounds can thrive.

There are three types of differences we value in shaping our team, and we put them into action across our organization in many ways:

[Model adapted from: Celia de Anca and Salvador Aragón, ”The 3 Types of Diversity That Shape Our Identities,” Harvard Business Review, May 2018]

“We must work together constructively to address issues that need heartfelt, lasting, equitable, and sincere solutions.”

–Jackie Fouse, CEO
